For us, the quality is fundamental and we thoroughly check each product before sending it, but if you think that the product is defective or wrong, you can return the order and receive the refund of it, in addition we will not charge you the transportation costs of the return. Only products that have not been used beyond mere checking or testing can be returned and will always be made in the original packaging in which they were delivered and within 14 days of receipt. The money will not be refunded in the case in which the item has suffered breakage or defect.

In case of refund of goods, the refund will be made by bank transfer, bank card or in your Paypal account, and in the shortest possible time with a maximum of 30 days, once the return is accepted.
